Public transport to Llannerchwen

N.B We meet visitors at the coach/bus in Brecon, so please let us know your expected time of arrival. Please ask to get off at Brecon Interchange.
Take the train or coach to Cardiff. Then go to Greyfriars Road Bus Stop which is opposite the Hilton Hotel. Please check bus times either by using the following phone number 01443 692 060, or else by clicking on the Internet link on this page. This link will take you to the Home Page for Sixty Sixty Coaches and you should then click on "X43 Service"
Take National Express Coach from London Victoria to Cardiff, where you will change and take a National Express Coach to Brecon. The latter leaves once per day at 17.40 p.m. The most convenient link is the 13.00 from Victoria.
It is possible to take a National Express Coach from Gatwick or Heathrow Airports to Cardiff. Depending on time of arrival, then follow either of the above two options for travel to Brecon.
It is also possible to get local buses to Brecon from Newport, Abergavenny and Hereford, which all have rail stations, but at some distance from the bus stations. Times of buses need to be checked in advance.
N.B. THERE IS NO BUS SERVICE BETWEEN ABERGAVENNY AND BRECON ON SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. ON SUNDAYS THERE IS ONLY ONE BUS EACH WAY BETWEEN BRECON AND CARDIFF, AND TWO EACH WAY BETWEEN BRECON AND MERTHYR TYDFIL (all in the afternoon).
